Merry Christmas to All!!!

Christmas!!!

As Aubrey and I sit here typing this out I can only help but laugh at the happenings of last night. Santa Clause visited Aubrey and Bella at Nanna's house. Aubrey was really excited right up to the time Santa came out of Nanna and Poppa's room. See Aubrey is used to Santa being a little ornament on the Christmas Tree not a real live person. In fact in the past few days when ever we have seen a santa doll at a store Aubrey has looked at it and said ah ah ah. This is her attempt at saying Ho Ho Ho. :) So as you can tell she has really grown to love Santa, until he stood there in front of her. The moment he opened his mouth and began to laugh HO HO HO, she ran screaming. and crying. But as time went by believe it or not she actually gave santa hi fives, and attacked Mommy with kisses. What a sweet baby we have here. We are so grateful for our beautiful little family, and we are grateful to all of you. So, thank you for being parts of our lives and Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year!!!

THE PAST FEW MONTHS

In the past few months so much has happened. First and foremost, Aubrey is walking and talking like it is no body's business, this started when she was about ten months old. She has also begun making really funny faces at us one is a stink face you can't resist, and the other thanks to Uncle Collin is when she blows out of the side of her mouth and makes a tooting noise.

Aubrey also has a new joy in her life, well I guess not so new considering she has been around seven months longer than Aubrey, her name is Bella. Bella and Aubrey get to spend at least four days a week together now and let me tell you I have never seen two babies be better friends in my life. They do everything together and at nap time you will hear Bella yelling out Aubrey's name in an attempt for her to be saved from the horrible land of dreams.

Matthew has found his love for surfing and paddle boarding, thank you Daddy :), so now one of our favorite things to do as a family is go to the beach we are just lucky enough that our extended family joins us most of the time.

Another event that has taken place recently was our sealing. Matt and I were sealed in the San Diego temple on the 13th of September and that has been the such a great blessing in our lives. Linda, thank you for the beautiful pictures!

There are so many other things I would love to write about but as Aubrey stares up at me from the floor I know that she is getting to her last few seconds of patience before I will hear Mommy pick me up in the language of baby cries :(

So... Till next time, thanks for stopping by!

My first try

Okay everyone please bare with me as this is the first time I am going to attempt to post something on here. The last one was thanks to my computer savy sister Chelsea, thanks Chels.

Soooo much has been happening here. Aubrey has been crawling for about a month, the really funny part is the fact that she crawls perfectly but just a couple days ago she decided to do the crab walk crawl??? I thought it was usually the other way around. Anyways, she has also begun waving hello and good bye. She practically will eat anything Matt and I are eating, except if we try to trick her into eating baby food. Aubrey and her cousin Bella play almost every day and it is so funny to see how close they already are the are life long best friends in the making!

Matt is still working hard, TAK during the day and valet at night, the cool thing with valet is that he gets to drive nice cars and meet famous people. Oh and TAK isn't that bad either considering last Friday Dave, his boss, told him to get things under control at the job site so he could go wakeboarding all day. He had the time of his life until later that evening when he came home looking like a lobster. OF course there was sunscreen on the boat but guys don't do that sort of thing I guess. :)

I on the other hand have not been doing much except spending my time with Aubrey, well it seems that we always have play dates, lunch dates, or just things to do. Oh the life of being a mother, fun, fun, fun! I have decided to learn how to play the guitar and thanks to my dad I have now almost mastered the C chord, woohoo!
